ICE SHOW - FINAL WEEK REMINDERS!!

Dear Friends,

We are in the final week of preparations before the 'Skating through the Seasons' Ice Show. The Ice Show is our only fundraising activity this season. On Sunday the doors open at 1pm and we have an intermission. The Millennium Room bar will be open for refreshments and there will be a 50/50 draw, Candy Counter, Fundraising Raffle tickets and a Raffle Table available for visitors to purchase tickets to support our Club. 

We would like to request that all families donate an item to the Raffle Table to help generate interest in our prize table. The item can be a gift certificate, seasonal decor items, art supplies, skate guards, etc Bring your item along to Dress Rehearsal!

We also need parent volunteers to help manage the dressing rooms during the Ice Show. Please volunteer, we're begging now!!

DRESS REHEARSAL:

Monday night skaters 5pm to 7pm on Thursday, February 8th

Wednesday night skaters 6:30pm to 8:30pm on Thursday, February 8th 

There is a photographer coming to dress rehearsal! It's only $25 for a group and individual photo. Payment is cash only to the photographer on Thursday. Forms available at the arena, or print your copy from this link: Photo Order

SHOW TIME! - SUNDAY 11th FEBRUARY

Monday night skaters - please check in at your dressing room by 1:30pm.

Wednesday night skaters - please go to your dressing room at Intermission. 

The Ice Show starts at 2pm. 

COSTUME SIZES PLEASE!

As we prepare the costumes for the Ice Show we need to know your skater's clothing size!

Please send us an email, text or Facebook Message with your skater's name and costume size as soon as possible.

REMINDERS:

Regular skating sessions on Monday and Wednesday this week to continue practicing Ice Show numbers.

Dress Rehearsal is Thursday, 8th February, there are different times allocated for each night of skating. 
MONDAY NIGHT SKATERS - 5pm to 7pm on Thursday, 8th February

WEDNESDAY NIGHT SKATERS - 6:30pm to 8:30pm on Thursday, 8th February

PHOTOGRAPHS - We will have a photographer for dress rehearsal! Please complete a form it you would like to order photos. The form is attached and will also be available at the arena. Cash only, payable to the photographer on Thursday, 8th February.
